 “Creating A Peaceful Classroom”

A Mindfulness Video Library For Schools Created by Anna Raupp and Project GRAD Kenai Peninsula

In order to provide a lasting tool for students, teachers, administrators and staff, Project GRAD Kenai Peninsula partnered with me to design a Mindfulness Video Library. Using techniques that I had been sharing with their programs for years, this resource provides both videos and print material that can be used in schools. The videos are divided into three age groups; K-3, 4-8, 9-12. Each age group has a section of 7 short self regulation exercises, and then 3 longer 30 minute yoga classes. Every video has a resource guide that can be printed out as a teaching guide. Although created for their non-profit who works in rural schools throughout the Kenai Peninsula, Project GRAD has been generous enough to allow this project to be shared openly at no cost. The desire is to benefit as many people as possible with these accessible yoga and mindfulness videos. Follow this link to access the project.
